Join ‘Run Strong’ with KimFit

Let’s create a community of runners who want to make the most of the new normal by making their body stronger and more robust during time at home. Picking random workouts is fun for a bit, but real progress is made with structure, consistency and expert advice. 

What is it?

Run Strong is a class-based 28-day training plan designed to supplement your running. For £30 you’ll have access to 2 x 40 min live classes a week which will progress over four weeks; that’s just £3.75 a class. Workouts will focus on strength, stability, core and mobility; you won’t need any specialist equipment.

When is it?

Classes will take place on Wednesday’s at 7pm and Sunday’s at 9:30am and will run on Zoom. You will receive the meeting ID and password once you purchase the membership. There will also be a private Facebook group with additional fitness content and all classes will be uploaded here after the session (in case you can’t make it). If you want to move better, feel stronger and ultimately run faster then Run Strong is for you.
