“I’ve been working with Kim for over two years now and she’s successfully guided me through two iron distance triathlons, half and full marathons, collecting several personal bests along the way. Ironman UK was probably the hardest thing I’ve done to date, but Kim was able to create a training plan that could be followed whilst working a full time job, was challenging but remained fun. And because the training was in blocks of several weeks it was easy to see where progress was being made or if changes were required.

“Kim did a fantastic job helping me prepare for an international curling competition. I had never been much of a gym enthusiast let alone engaged in a dedicated training program. Not only did Kim tailor a schedule and a set of exercises to my level, more importantly she gave me the confidence I needed to start training and reassurance that I was doing it right. After a self-inflicted injury on the ice Kim was able to restructure and adapt my program to keep me on track. Again she was able to pick me up mentally as much as physically with encouragement, motivation and advice. After a successful tournament (bronze medal) I would like to thank Kim for all her help and look forward to working with her again in the future. She is a very positive, intelligent and dedicated PT.”

“Kim was absolutely fantastic helping me train and get in fit shape for my first marathon. Not to mention extremely patient with my injury filled road leading up to the run. She managed to really tailor my program around all of my injuries which still allowed me to train effectively. Her knowledge around exercise physiology was brilliant still making each session interesting every time I stepped into a gym or out for a run. Kim brings a great personality and would definitely recommend her advice highly to anyone. Plus managed to run a half decent time too! Thanks Kimo”
